Luego de diez años la F1 llega a Francia. en un fin de semana lleno de fútbol, la máxima categoría del automovilismo adaptó sus horarios para no perjudicar a la audiencia.
Hamilton demostró gran ritmo en ambas tandas. Las mejoras introducidas por Mercedes parecen poner la balanza para el lado del equipo alemán este fin de semana. Ferrari como se le está haciendo costumbre arrancó timidamente en cuarto y quinto puesto con Raikkonen y Vettel respectivamente.

Práctica Libre 2.
En la segunda tanda Hamilton volvió a liderar seguido por Daniel Ricciardo. Ferrari siguió con un viernes discreto con Raikkonen y Vettel en 4 y 5 posición respectivamente. Haas al igual que en la primer tanda demostró ser el mejor del resto.
Mala sesión para Force India, Ocon solo quedó 16ta posición y Perez se dió un susto perdiendo un neumático trasero mientras circulaba a alta velocidad.
